No training included. Public project documentation (SourceForge wiki), community tutorials on YouTube. Self-service.

What is the difference between Community, Standard and Premium?
Community is free, with no support and no SLA. Standard adds priority bug fixes, professional support, 10 annual support hours and video training. Premium includes everything in Standard plus installation assistance, integration with your tools, personalised training and dedicated support with SLA.
Can I start with Community and then move to Standard or Premium?
Yes. teemIP is designed to grow with your maturity. You can start with Community for free, validate your use cases, then subscribe to Standard or Premium when your support, SLA or training needs increase. No data migration required.
How is the Premium price calculated?
The Premium price is custom and depends on scope: number of instances to support, desired SLA level (business hours, extended coverage, response time), integration and training services, consulting and advisory. Contact us for a quote tailored to your context.
What is the difference between video training (Standard) and personalised training (Premium)?
The Standard video training is self-paced: video modules accessible from your portal, at your own pace. The Premium training is led by a teemIP expert, on-site or remotely, based on your instance and real use cases: address plans, workflows, specific integrations.
Does Premium include a SLA?
Yes. The Premium offer includes a dedicated SLA whose level (response time, coverage window, criticality) is defined with you during contracting. Security patches and updates are also prioritised.
Is Standard billed monthly or annually?
The Standard offer is billed annually (€6,000 excl. VAT/year), with an annual commitment. The displayed rate of €500/month is the monthly average of this annual commitment.
Can I test teemIP before subscribing?
Yes. You can download teemIP Community from SourceForge and install it in your environment. For a guided demo by our team (Standard or Premium), request a demo: we will tailor the session to your use cases.
