Collected data
Website forms may collect: first name, last name, organization, email, phone number, country, request topic and free-form message. No sensitive data within the meaning of Article 9 GDPR is collected through the website.
Processing purposes
This data is collected to answer contact requests, organize demos, manage partnerships, provide technical support or send business information when the context justifies it. It is not resold and is not used for prospecting unrelated to your request.
Legal basis
Processing is based on the legitimate interest of teemIP SAS for its professional activities and on pre-contractual exchanges initiated by the person concerned. Where necessary, explicit consent is collected.
Retention period
Data is retained only for as long as necessary to process the request. Without a contractual relationship, contact data may be kept for up to three years after the last exchange. Contractual data follows applicable legal retention periods.
Recipients
Data is processed by the internal teemIP SAS team and, where necessary, by technical subcontractors acting strictly within the processing scope. It is not transferred, sold or disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, objection, erasure, portability or restriction of processing. To exercise these rights, write to contact@teemip.com and specify the purpose of your request. We will respond as soon as possible.
